Window shopping 🥹 Once you buy one & start seeing your equity position grow all you can think about is getting into the next… Well for me it is anyway. Unfortunately starting @DizzyProperty will limit my ability to buy in the short term as most lenders need 1-2 years when it comes to self employed income… But I’ll be absolutely trying every avenue to re enter the market in 2025. There are plenty of locations I would love to be jumping into right about now. And no I’m not just going to name the suburbs… I would be MORE than happy to help if you’ve done some research yourself, but if you haven’t I’d rather leave these suburbs to the people putting the time in researching & educating themselves. 🫶
