In 2019, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) brought 11 community leaders and hip hop artists from Belgium, France, Morocco, and Spain to the U.S. for the Communities and Youth for Promoting Hip Hop, Empowerment, and Resiliency (CYPHER) project.
